How a photography job runs.

  1. 01

    Brief

We agree the shot list, the locations and the delivery date, and quote against it.

  2. 02

    Pre-production

Schedule, call sheet, kit list and any permits or venue access we need.

  3. 03

    Shoot

We arrive early, test everything twice, and shoot to the plan with room for what actually happens.

  4. 04

    Edit and deliver

Cull, colour, retouch and deliver in the formats you publish in.

Questions

Before you ask.

How many images do we get?

It depends on the coverage length, and we state a minimum in the quote rather than a vague range. A full wedding day is typically several hundred edited frames.

Do you retouch?

Colour grading and clean-up are included on every frame we deliver. Heavier retouching — skin work, object removal, composites — is quoted per image.

Can we get the raw files?

We deliver edited files as standard. Raws can be released by arrangement, with a note in the contract that they are ungraded and not representative of our work.
